2) Please pay through PayPal, below, as Joann will be travelling and the receipt of checks through the mail will be difficult. 

3) Reserve your hotel room at info@villalastella.it.

REFUND POLICY: For the Florence, Italy workshop and retreat, full refunds on the hotel rooms will be made up to 7 days prior to the arrival date. 

For Florence & Northampton: While the tuition is non-refundable, in case of participant cancellation, 50% will be credited toward a future workshop or publication.  In the rare case that the workshop/retreat is cancelled, 97% of the tuition will be refunded; the remaining 3% is the service charge from Paypal. Please purchase trip cancellation insurance to protect yourself in case you are not able to attend.
